"The location though away from the city centre is very well accessible as the bus reaches right outside the hotel. The staff are really exceptional in helping out and guiding. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. All in all worth the buck."

"We had a very warm welcome from English speaking staff. Our room was large and very comfortable - bed was great. Bathroom great with toiletries provided. Being British we requested a kettle which was willingly provided! Breakfast was amazing and the choices exceptional. On site parking was also very welcome and convenient."

"Very friendly staff, very clean, fantastic breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to stay just outside Luzern. Bus service is excellent and very easy to use The hotel sent the tourist's bus pass before we arrived and so we could use this when we first arrived, it gave us free transport for our visit and a reduced price on the boat we took on the lake. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here."

"The terrace was lovely with views of the mountain. The variety offered at breakfast was exceptional; best hot chocolate ever! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy."
