"Staff were amazing, I needed to see a Dr after an accident and one of the hotel staff drove me 15k to Evolene, and waited while I saw Dr and drove me back, when I returned the lady on reception went out of her way to work out how I could try and continue my planned haute Route accommodation choices but by public transport since I could no longer hike. The room was lovely with fabulous mountain views. Breakfast was also really good, Nespresso coffee, wonderful bread eggs etc. Would love to come back here"

"We loved the location and the breakfast was good. The apartment was really great as there was a double and single bed upstairs so it was like a little duplex. Ideal for a family."

"There wasn’t a lift which is difficult if one has a physical injury or handicap. Upon arrival, the person serving in the restaurant was not friendly, even the choice of food was not so good and hence we had dinner in another hotel nearby. No one was available when we arrived at breakfast. So we had to clear up the table! Eventually, when someone came, however they didn’t apologise for the dirty jug!"

"I stayed as part of the Haute Route, and my stay was the end of a very tough day. The staff were excellent, first calling me to check I was okay (I didn’t arrive until late) then keeping the kitchens open to cook what I ordered from the menu. Absolutely first class. The breakfast was great too!"

"The hotel is right in the center of Arolla with parking in front. Nice terrace and large restaurant. We liked the hotel and our stay very much."

"The only thing that surprised us was the relatively high price of CHF 270.- / night for a double room which seemed expensive for the room we had. Probably because it is high season and there are many hikers doing the haute route."

"The location, the view, the cleanliness, the hot water, but more than that the staff made sure that we could have a 5am full breakfast. Thank you for your kindness at very step of our stay."
