"อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ทำเลดีเยี่ยม เดินไปสถานีรถบัส / รถไฟ Ost 2-3นาที อยู่จุดศูนย์กลาง OST เดินทางไปมาสะดวก ด้านล่างโรงแรมร้านอาหารอร่่อยไม่แพง รอบๆมีที่ Shopping ครบ ใกล้ร้านอาหารมากมาย ใกล้ Coop ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนุ่มนอนสบายมาก"

"The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. All the staff are super friendly and nice! The room is extremely clean and cozy, and the view from my single room is wonderful."

"I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was extremely convenient and one of the highlights of my stay."

"Unfortunately, some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. The iron provided in my room was not working, so I went to reception to request a replacement. The second iron I was given had a broken water lid. I immediately informed the staff about this, but I was advised that it was fine to use despite its condition. I found this response concerning, as using a damaged iron could be hazardous and felt unprofessional. While the location is excellent, I believe more attention should be given to the maintenance of facilities and to ensuring guest safety."

"Very near from Interlaken west station and the coop supermarket. Also near so many other shops cafes and restaurants and unterseen! The lady at the reception also gave us free early check-in, which was so nice and gracious!"

"The restaurant staff, service and food was a very high standard. Friendly reception greeting. The view of the lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant was superb. The pool and spa was a bonus. The small gestures like apples on each floor for guests was a homely touch. We would stay again. Close to the town and lake and up the hill to the train station. The hotel provided us w their transport to get us and the family suitcases to the train station which was very nice!"
