Situated in the heart of car-free Zermatt, Haus Rosa offers a modern apartment with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with mountain views. The Sunnegga Funicular is 800 metres away and the final cleaning fee for the apartment is already included in the room rate. The spacious apartment comprises a living room with a sofa, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. A bathtub and a shower are provided in Rosa apartment’s 2 bathrooms. It is fitted with wooden floors and comes with cable TV and a washing machine. A ski storage room can be used on site. Haus Rosa is just 200 metres from the closest shops and restaurants. Within 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the main train station and the Gornergratbahn Railway Station.

"Excellent location: in the center 200 m to ski bus stop and walking distance, 500 m, to Sunnegga lift station. Modern, new room. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Also afterski bar just in the corner."

"The host is very kind and ensured that we settled in well. The kitchen is fully equipped and with cheese fondue set for use. Microwave and induction cooler were easy to use. The toilet was spacious and hot water shower is good. We stayed in the 5th floor and the balcony's view was amazing. Sun rise and set views of Matterhorn peak. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!"
