"The personal everywhere very kind but The cleaning lady knocked on the door at least five - six times, even though I went out and explained to her several times that I had paid for a late check-out. Our plan was to sleep a bit, but we couldn’t because she kept interrupting us."

"Easily accesible - staff available and friendly Breakfast"

"The noice we had to bear in the evening due to other residents : the room doors banging for several hours in the evening from 10 p.m to 00"

"Capability to go to aquapark and back to room by any time is super convenient"

"I would like to switch off the ventilation totally to prevent any cold breeze that is blown on our small children."

"Beds were big and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Great location, clean and super comfortable."

"Make sure you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door unless you want someone opening the door on you at 9am 😅"

"Clean, modern, friendly staff, everything was top class"

"There could have been a few more teas and coffees and also real cups not paper cups in the room. But otherwise it was perfect."

"Nice large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff"

"Nothing"

"Frankly speaking the upgrade to a bigger room. The room itself and all the facilities of the hotel were amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and what I’m expecting."

"The room was very cold and it took some hours to heat it up to 22 degrees."
