"The room was very comfortable and lovely. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, they were responsive, helpful and gave us an early check in. The breakfast had some nice variety. The view was beautiful of the waterfall. It was nice and close to the train station and the town was in a great location to access other towns."
"There was no lift so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. It did get quite hot in the mornings."
"Breakfast spread was decent, ground floor of the house had a lounge with tea/ coffee and a microwave. Also a shared small fridge under the stairs for all guests to use. Comfortable and cosy stay for our time in Lauterbrunnen. Close to the staubbach falls. Check in was easy and instructions given were clear."

"My thanks goes to the entire team of Chalet Rosa, especially Ana, who cooked sumptuous breakfast every morning with a smiling face and attended guests with polite behaviour. Every penny that I spent, initially seemed to be a bit costly but with all the facilities given to us, it was really value for money. Because I went from India, i will strongly recommend this place for all Indians travelling to Switzerland"
