"Owner was accommodating and allow us to check in half an hour earlier as we reach earlier. Responsive to our queries. We were impress with the cleanliness of the property. Location is very convenient as there is a supermarket nearby and its walking distance to train station and the main shopping area."

"Great location, extremely clean, bed soft but reasonably comfortable, helpful host lady who kindly accepted my 10 euros tourist tax in cash that I requested to pay instead of the required 8 CHF, because I only stayed in Zermatt not other Swiss cities and did not have Swiss francs in cash."
"Internet slow at times, possibly because the server is used by a number of apartments in the building. Guests are required to dispose rubbish at check out, which was extremely difficult for me to carry my luggage down two floors with my backpack and the rubbish bag, and rolled my luggage with the rubbish bag to dispose the rubbish in a bin half way between the property and to the train station in the very early morning."

"I spent a truly wonderful night in this warm and welcoming apartment. It was incredibly cozy and just a short walk from where the iconic black-nosed sheep can be seen — the value for money was honestly unbelievable! The apartment had everything I needed and more: not just the basics like a hairdryer, but also a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, full set of dishes — everything was thoughtfully provided. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, taking care of every request with such attention and warmth. If I ever return to Zermatt, I’ll definitely stay here again. A fantastic experience from start to finish!"
