"The guesthouse is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people especially when we are the only one in the guesthouse. The hosts are welcoming and despite the language barrier, I could feel the warmth that they offer."

"The compound is very cosy with lots of fireplaces and areas to play and chill. Although there where a lot of guests the last night we barely noticed them. The outdoor kitchen is very pleasant to use and the showers and toilets where comfortable. We are fond of the place, very easy going, close to nature and basic with a comfort-plus."

We felt lucky we brought our own chairs. The chairs available where great to use for sitting at the table and for eating but not for chilling at the fire pit. The beds where hard. I didn't mind but I can imagine some people don't like a hard matras.

"Fantastic experience! The camp is located in the desert (15 min drive through the dunes) and can only be reached with a 4x4 or pick-up by the camp staff which needs to be arranged beforehand. It really feels like staying in the middle of the desert with no other camp to be seen. The tents are quite big and nicely decorated, each with a private outdoor bathroom connected to the tent. In the evening at 8pm there is a buffet dinner with a bonfire afterwards. Highly recommend!"

"Malý rodinný kemp. Majitel příjemný, ochotný. Večer posezení u pivka, kdo chtěl, tak i s večeří. Bazén k dispozici večer i ráno. Naprostý klid a uvolnění. Spali jsme ve svém autě. K snídani vejce, uzeniny, sýr, rajče.. vše domácí a naprosto úžasná švestková marmeláda."

The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. "most beautiful place to stay in Huacachina very quiet at night very peaceful the staff is very friendly we had first a tent down but we were not so happy about this tent because more up you have a better view and more a area to chill out in front of the tent and we could change without problem they gave as the best tent after breakfast is amazing never had so much food for breakfast also the pool very clean and you couldnt smell any chlor so best value for the money highly recommend to stay there"

Nothing major, I wish we had a thicker blanket than the bed sheet. ( To be honest, during the day it was sooooo hot that I didn't think I would need it, but it cooled down a bit in the evening)

"Beautiful location, quiet and surrounded by mountains. A few minutes driving from the city (supermarkets), etc. You can park your car right outside of the bungalow."

A little bit noisy from the neighbours

"The location was great. Restaurant is close and the view around is very nice. Private, not too many people crossing."

Windows are impossible to open. It was a warm summer day, no air conditioning, so it was very warm to sleep.
