"Jane is lovely and very welcoming, she even offered to pick us up and drop us to the station free of charge. Every little thing that you can possibly imagine has been taken care of in her little cozy house. The room is so cute and cozy with spectacular views of the lake!"

"Where it was situated - right on the lake front. Fabulous in the winter and fabulous I would imagine in the summer. Loved the Canadian artwork. Proper coffee machine, microwave, and owner gave us real milk."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully eclectic retreat. The access to a private porch with a million dollar view was perfect. We also loved the ability to walk out the back gate to the beach and reach downtown restaurants within minutes - all on foot. The host had much useful knowledge about the area."

"Peaceful , walks along the beach, view on Lake Ontario, beautiful garden layout. Comfortable chairs everywhere, many books to chose for reading or leave your own books when read.. Free parking at the Willowmere. Cobourg is a l small lively city with nice restaurants & shops . For us it was the perfect holiday., we love to come back next time."

"Jane was a caring and thoughtful hostess. Her accomodation is a special gem, especially if you want to relax a little. The highlight of the accommodation is definitely the cozy place on the waterfront with a private beach. In town, I was able to get to everything important without a car and found some good cafés/shops/restaurants to eat or take away food."

"Lakefront location is superb: tranquil, great view, close to main street shopping and amenities. Comfortably furnished patio area perfect for reading and relaxing, or gathering with family or friends. Cosy indoor seating area, with lots of thoughtful touches from umbrellas to bath bombs! A lot of space for the money."
