"Richard was welcoming and the appartement felt like home. Great location. 10 minutes from anywhere. A special touch was to leave us a prepaid parking card for downtown. Greatly appreciated!"

"This was a gem. The host was super kind and the space had everything we needed. He had a lighted unicorn in the driveway which was really cool. The location was also near the Super C and a couple of other shops. It is not far from Old Quebec City. Quebec City is not the most accessible place but since we had a car, it was not difficult to get to where we wanted. However, it is not difficult to book an Uber ride too."

"The terrace space was lovely. It was well equipped. Very clean. Incredibly helpful and attentive host."

"The apartment is very clean and tidy. Richard is a great host. It gets a little noisy in the sunroom because it’s facing the street but you can’t hear the traffic noise inside the bedroom. All bedding and towels were freshly washed and bright white. We loved the Cascades, Richard recommended the place and it’s well worth seeing. The Unicorn outside the apartment is quite a sight when it’s lit up after dark. Close to the old city, walking distance from a supermarket and a poutine place."

"A few items in the pantry need to be replenished for the next time. Richard probably did not realize they are used up. Cooking oil, black pepper, coffee and sugar. No big deal we bought some from the store."

"Lovely roomy apartment. Beautiful open/ closed front upper deck area to eat meals or relax. Fantastic new washing and clothes dryer machines. The host Richard was extremely helpful, even offered to drive us into the city when we were not keen to take our car in. Also easy to bus into the old town. A Super C (supermarket) just across the road which was great to buy any food supplies."

"The accommodation is on the second storey of the house where a friendly owner lives. It is homely and beds are comfortable. A large washer and dryer are available, which is really helpful. Free car parking on site, and the owner is really great in lending us a carpark pass for parking in central Quebec City which is extremely useful."

"It is not near Quebec City, but the advantage would be free parking and that it is quiet. So it's best for those with cars. There are construction materials around the front door, but we know it from previous reviews and the owner was apologetic about it. Hope he finish his project soon and I'm sure it'll be great!"

"Appartement bien situé proche de l'autoroute. Petit commerce alimentaire juste en face. 15mn du vieux Québec avec en prime une carte de stationnement prêtée par l'hôte qui est d'ailleurs très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié discuter avec lui. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Café avec capsules, shampoing..."

"Revoir les oreillers et la literie. La température de l'appartement était très chaude sans possibilité de réglage. Rien qui vas m'empêcher d'y retourner..."

"Nous avons tout apprécié dans ce logement. Principalement la gentillesse de Richard (le propriétaire) avec qui nous avons pu parler plusieurs fois. L'originalité, la licorne géante devant la maison, la localisation, la carte pour le parking en centre ville... Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si nous devions revenir sur Québec !"
