"Great space and super clean. We had everything we needed."

"The only potential drawback is that the house is about a mile from the center of town. While we walked a couple of times, it was pretty unpleasant when it was really hot and not safe at night (due to the busy road you have to take)."

"Location has good access to 3 main streets--Bullet Tree Rd, Price Hwy and Joseph Andrew. These are critical in getting around San Ignacio. Casa is well appointed with all of the things you need to function well in the kitchen and bathrooms."

"Strange issues with getting consistent hot water delivery. Not Maria's fault, but that street could really use some improvement."

"The space was very clean and comfortable. The area felt safe and private. Communication was excellent. The location is about 5 minutes to the main part of town where all the tours leave, etc."

"Serendipty Reef is great place to stay in Ambergris Caye. It's off the beaten path and close to Secret Beach- It is a bumpy, 45-minute drive frol San Pedro Town by golf cart. (This was part of the appeal for mt family since we have been there before and expected the drive and atmosphere). The house is cozy and perfect for a family vacation! We dont go on vacation to stay at home, so while the villa is great, modern, and fit our needs, we enjoyed exploring and going out to experience our surroundings every. Gracelyn was a very helpful host, offering help setup excursions, taxi and golf cart rentals, soa services and much more. If you have not visited San Pedro before, this would be a very helpful service options! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!"

"Great location, close to beach and restaurants, supermarket just across the road. It runs as a relaxed guest house with drinks, fridges, microwave and toaster if you want to be diy. Owners friendly organised but not intrusive. Nice to have beach towels provided. Affordable for Hopkins."

"Highly recommend Silver Sand Hostel!!! Originally I booked 2 nights , and enjoyed so much I stayed 4 more nights. The whole experience was wonderful and peaceful: the accommodations: comfortable bed, outdoor kitchen, and Coco the gentle loving dog, Very well looked after. The host manager is very kind and helpful. 🙏🏽 Super clean, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from heart of the Village and steps away from the peaceful water. I really enjoyed my stay and will return."
