"1. No complimentary teas and coffees in the room 2. Not sure if breakfast at Table52 was part of the arrangement as there was noone to explain on checking in 3. Check out facilities can be better to ensure there is someone to collect the payments early enough on checking out. They were only available after 9am which can be a challenge if rushing for an early flight or meeting"

"It's not a deal breaker but there was hair on top of the mop and you could come across small strands of hair in the bathroom but like I said, it's not a deal breaker as the room and bathroom were clean!"
