"The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. Any concern I had regarding a service or question she would address them. She should get a good compensation package for the multiple role she plays at the Guesthouse."

"The only fault which is beyond management is the heat factor when you turn off the AC or the light goes out. I would suggest planting more trees to help with such issue. It must be noted that this was never a problem or negative review of the property."

"My stay in Phazama Lodge was magic: it gives a feeling of staying in a bush but with all the conveniences. Katja cares for her guests in the same way as for friends. Ask her about suggested activities, and, if you want, about life in Botswana :). Chalets are far from each other, so you have necessary privacy. I loved going to bed watching sunset from my deck and waking up to the sounds of nature."
