Al Afiah Hotel

"The staff were really good 👍 Typical buffet breakfast with a pretty good selection. Very good sized room. Everything worked. My air con unit failed in my first room so I was promptly given a replacement room. A Dart taxi costs BND 5 into the centre however, you can get a water taxi for just BND 2. This is a lovely way to get from the city centre and takes about 5 minutes. Al Afiah has it's own jetty on the river and it's about a 50m walk to the hotel. Loved this."

"We got upgraded for free on arrival to a much better room which was nice! Room was very clean and facilities were good. Breakfast was nice but not much variety."

"Very comfortable rooms, bed was big to fit a family of three. The buffet breakfast was a hearty meal! And location makes it easy to get around places. The river close by was also cool to see. We arrived past midnight and they were very quick to check us in and make sure we can rest asap."
