"The hotel is a hidden gem at the main shopping street of Veliko Tarnovo- 2 minutes from the Central Post Office and the Old Town. It is clean and comfortable with a lovely garden at the back yard. Free parking is available for the weekends (Saturday- Sunday). It will be always our first choice should we visit the town again."

The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. The owner was exceptionally warm and supportive, going above and beyond to accommodate different needs and requests. Her personal care made the experience feel more like a home than a hotel. I am truly grateful to her and to the entire team for their thoughtful service and seamless support. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable and memorable stay, thanks to the excellent location, the inviting atmosphere, and the outstanding hospitality."

"The only problem was the amount of stairs. I had heavy luggage but the staff helped. The day I left the staff member carried all my bags and waited at the roadside with them, for me to pick them up in my car. Excellent service!"
