"Spacious and clean room and a nice bathroom. Restaurant is good and offers different dishes. The mineral water in the pool is perfect and the pool is very clean. You have everything you can think of. 100% recommend."

"Complex Europe SPA in Dolna Banya is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The spa area is especially impressive, offering a great selection of pools and treatments. A perfect spot to unwind and recharge — highly recommended!"

"That was one of the best of accommodations ever. Plus swimming pools with the thermal water and sauna. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast with a big variety of food. Moreover, there was a breathtaking view outside of our window."

"We had garden view which is better because the pool is too close to other rooms and it is noisy because there were many kids as the pool is allowed also for external visitors."

"The rooms are new and clean. There was a private massage jacuzzi in our room. You can choose between garden and a pool view. There is an amazing football field plus the pools work 24/7 which is rare and great! The sauna and steam bath were excellent!"
"The food is very good, but not excellent. Maybe a little overpriced, but normal for 2025 and the inflation. The restaurant does NOT offer desserts which for us is not a big deal but for some people might be."

"The tripe soup was absolutely spot on, in general the food was really good. Pool was always warm, the rooms were clean and well furnished. Everybody welcomed our frenchie with open arms and were very pet friendly."
"I’d say the menu was a bit short and the food choice was not that big. Also, one of the housekeepers made very rude comments to my partner under her breath in her native russian language which maybe she thought we would not understand."
"The staff was very friendly, especially Vania from the restaurant. The rooms were big and modern with all necessary facilities and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The outdoor pool was with nice mineral water. Breakfast was good."
