"Location city center and close to taxi/metro station and restaurants Friendly and professional young staff Good breakfast"

"Rooms could be a bit noisy at night on the street side Bathroom started to be outdated"

"Liked the location, modern look and feel, cleanliness, staff."

"The single room was a bit inconfortable, because there was no light switch and no power outlet near the bed. Also, it was cold during my stay and the heating did not work. Also did not like that the bar was not available because of a private event hosted there."

"The room was good, but the staff care exceeded my expectations. Big Kudos to them."

"Nothing really."

"Great location, tea and coffee facilities, great check in staff."

"This is a very centrally located hotel, just off Rue Neuve. It was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was generous. No complaints. Overall, perfect for a business stay."

"A little noise from the streets, at times, but Brussels is a loud city and the hotel is centrally located. And, in fairness, the noise did not interfere with my sleep quality."

"Lovely hotel with really friendly staff, comfy rooms and in prime location for visiting the most popular spots in Brussels."

"Rooms are nice but the beds were a bit stiff, also the aircon was a bit hard to set up so ultimately turned it off."
