"Friendy and helpful staff. Large clean room, we had one overlooking the canal. 7 minutes walk to the centre so everywhere is very reachable.Breakfast was excellent. Car park is a short walk away but is secure."

"Extremely well located and charmingly presented hotel just on the edge of the city centre, an easy walk to shops but on a quiet side street. Our room had a view of the canal, and was roomy with comfortable bed and bathtub. We appreciated the friendly and obliging service provided by the staff--every request we made was granted and they were very helpful in booking us a cab and checking us out a bit later to accommodate our transport as well. Excellent service and overall experience."
