The Hotel Van Belle is a family-owned hotel (since 1906) located within walking distance of the city center and Brussels Midi/Zuid (Brussels South) train station. "The staff were helpful, polite, and professional. Although the surrounding area isn’t very quiet, the atmosphere inside the hotel is calm, comfortable, and almost therapeutic. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay during a holiday in Belgium, and it’s suitable for families as well."
