"The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the Chatelain quarter and just off Avenue Louise with its many shops, restaurants, and public transport links. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was clean, a good size, and well furnished with all the amenities required. Bath robe and slippers very welcome. I enjoyed a very comfortable and easy stay. The hotel was good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The toiletries in the room were high quality, the room was huge and we had a great stay. We also had a drink in the bar and sat under the fairy lights in the garden, which was very pretty. A little out from the centre, but very close to the tram so not a problem."
