"Good dialogue with the host. They helped us out with shopping of groceries on the first day before we got our rental car, and was also flexible on the check out which was perfect as we had a late flight home."

"Would suggest to rent a car as the nearest bus stop is 15 minutes walk. Good space to park and a car port to keep the sun away."

"Initially, I was a little anxious to rent the property since it was my first time renting a villa in Barbados, unaware, what to expect. After I spoke and met the host of the property, I was very comfortable with my decision to stay. The Host gave my family and I a complete tour of the house and reiterated to call him, should I encountered any problems. There were no issues while we stayed at the property. The property team went above and beyond to strategize a security system that emulated a fortress, ensuring guests are safe during their stay. We were a family of 7 persons, which included 5 teenagers (girls). The girls enjoyed themselves, especially, playing in the pool and the adults slept peacefully. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will stay there again. I highly recommend this property for a big family or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy Barbados in its entirety."

"I recently stayed at this villa for my birthday and loved every moment! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pool was huge perfect for a refreshing swim and the quiet neighborhood made it a peaceful retreat. The host was amazing, making sure everything was just right for my stay. Plus, it’s not too far from the holetown area, so if you're looking for activities to do, it’s conveniently close. I can’t wait to book again soon it’s the perfect local escape!"

"Clean Ac in television in every room your own pool your guest could come and relaxed with you at the pool bathroom ever where."

"The stove need more heat some of the stove didn't worked the water was cold downstairs after 3 days stay.it was fixed on the day leaving."

"The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable sitting area, tastefully decorated. Aircon throughout the apartment provided a very comfortable environment for our 6-night stay. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were large and comfortable. Though we didn't cater in the apartment, the kitchen area was more than adequate. The owner was present on site when we arrived, and was extremely helpful in providing local information and suggestions on where to go, and was particularly helpful in extending our booking. Location is walking distance to Mullins beach and restaurants and local bus routes."

"Fabulous stay in the Golden Acres villa, host was exceptional, always on hand and very helpful with anything you can think of. Provided a cleaner half way through our stay, helped us book a table in one of our favourite restaurants even though they were fully booked, picked us up from the airport and provided a hire car (separate cost). Location (near Holetown) is ideal, surrounded by small shops, great restaurants/beach bars and Alleynes Bay is the best beach, imo, and we tried many of them. I would not hesitate staying there again - highly recommend it!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the amenities were as described and more with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware, beach supplies including snorkelling masks. It was also amazing to have 4 rooms each with their own bathroom and AC in each room. The property is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to stay in a quieter area of Barbados, with close access to beaches, beach bars and local conveniences such as restaurants and shops! The insect netting across the whole house meant that I was not bitten once by a mosquito and the patio area was where we hung out the most thanks to the netting! This property is lovely for a short or longer stay as we did (we stayed for 5 weeks)."
