"Wow—this is definitely my favourite place to stay in Bosnia! It’s spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony overlooking the lake, a beautiful garden, and the orchard. The natural surroundings are absolutely stunning. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Andy was very helpful and kindly waited to let us in. Just perfect!"

"We loved our time at Hobbiton. A great apartment surrounded by apple trees and across from te beautiful lake. We spent most time swimming in the lake or sitting on the balcony. We want to thank Andi for his advice and hospitality!"

"Everything was amazing - extremely hospitable hosts, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, there's everyone one would need and more! We thought we could spend a week there, was so lovely, only 1 min from the shore of the lake!!"

"Everything was excellent, the property has all what you need for a very comfortable stay, great terrace, the host very pleasant and helpful the lake is very near with a really nice beach. If you enjoy in privacy, nature, lake, swimming this is a place for you. We will return; that's for sure"
