"Nice location in Oetz, close to city center, not that far from the the Lift. The accommodation includes the Summer Card, which is perfect for using lifts, visiting places, getting free access or discounts to various places like Aqua Dome. Decent breakfast was included in our accommodation, but you can select also apartment with kitchen and make your breakfasts by yourself. There is also small garden and small swimming pool, but we haven't used it due to weather and fully packed programm. The owners are very nice, you get your room cleaned/maintained multiple times during your stay. Our room was smaller, but with nice terrace and very nice bathroom with cosy shower. You can park your car outside of the house. Next time, when visiting Oetz, we will be thinking of coming back here."

"Imagine coming to your aunt in countryside. It's actually like that. The warm hospitality, very clean rooms and feeling like you more than welcome. Very nice and helpful owner. I was with big car and had parking. I even stayed one more night. It is simple but good value for money."

"Ein bodenständiges Gasthaus ohne Schnickschnack. Ich hatte ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon mit Bergblick. Das ganze Haus war gut geheizt. Parkplätze gab es direkt vor dem Haus. Frühstück war gut, alles da, um satt zu werden."

"Den Fahrzeugverkehr auf der Bundesstraße hört man schon, aber mich hats nicht gestört."

"- Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Sie hat uns noch den Sonntag verschönert, weil sie uns auf die Gästekarte mit Haufen Vorteilen hingewiesen hat - es gab einen 28 grad warmen Pool - zum Frühstück gab es glaube ich selbst gemachte Marmelade - schöner Ausblick"
