This is not a luxury stay and it doesn’t try to be — instead, it offers everything you actually need: clean rooms, a comfortable bed, hot showers, and a peaceful atmosphere. The setting is calm and welcoming, the people are kind and genuine, and you immediately feel that this is a place run with purpose and care. It’s simple, honest, and absolutely lovely. "The garden is amazing! We stayed there in early October and the trees’ colors were stunning. Huge congrats to the gardeners! Also the breakfast was great with many tasty local products."

The houses are well equiped and designed, however in some cases design is over function f.ex.: living room area cannot be fully covered by blackout curtain and throught the non-covered part people can exactly see the ones stepping out from the bathroom. Light and odor extraction system is automatically switches on, even in the night and also when you pass by the toilet (no need to step in). There is no towel rack in the bathroom, no bedside table next to the bed. TV is literally cannot be used in the bedroom as there is only HDMI possibility or Austrian tv channels, not even Hungarian ones (DUNA Tv and M2 only). Netflix can be used only in the living room. There are too many small, but even more annoying, minor flaws, which is a real shame because the place itself is beautiful.

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

We had some problems with the door that never worked for the whole stay but the reception staff was helpful

"A really lovely property located in a quiet area but very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay here during our next trip!"

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.
