"The front desk staff are fantastic! And the location is great and the beds are comfortable. The room is good too, it’s spacious and has space to relax and to work. It’s also lovely how you get little “welcome to Epic Sana” treats. Little touches like that are sk lovely."
"Some small things could be improved. For example, don’t have the cleaner try to come into the room 3 times before you check out. And have more than one mug in the room and have better quality cutlery. Provide little milk sachets for your South African (inspired by the British) guests :) so we can have coffee or black tea with milk. It’s not a lot to ask for the price…!"
