"Metaxia & Garik turned their guesthouse into a warm and welcoming place. They worked very hard to make us feel comfortable. They cooked us a five-star breakfast."

"When we arrived the host lady gave us some tea and some homemade cake. It was a wonderful gesture, they made us feel at home in an instant. The breakfast included eggs and some homemade cake as well. The rooms were nice and tidy."

"Place is marvelous! Views of the mountains, places to sit in the garden or at the balcony. We spent a week in Tatev hiking in the area. Hotel is very clean, veeery hospitable and kind hosts, they try to help in every way, excellent and diverse breakfasts, 7 minutes to walk from Tatev Monastery and the Wings of Tatev. My heart stayed in this place, feels like home. If I visit Tatev again, I will stay here for sure. Highly recommend this guesthouse!"

"Very good breakfast. Nice and kind owners. We liked the place very much, so we stayed for another night. Washed my clothes in ther washing machine for free, much appreciated."

"The hosts were incredibly warm and hospitable, and the place was clean. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with coffee and fresh gata on the open, cool balcony, which offered a lovely view. It was a refreshing and much-needed treat after a long journey in the hot weather. In the morning, we were served a delicious homemade breakfast that truly added to the experience."

"A nice place with some beautiful touches, like a place around fire in the yard. Amazing hosts. Amazing breakfast with fresh honey-made dishes. And very close to both the monastery and the Wings of Tatev cable car."

"Is it clean? Yes. Is it comfortable? Yes. Is the breakfast tasty? Yes. But what sets Zartonq apart is the following: when we casually mentioned to the hosts we weren’t able to buy delicious herbal tea from Tatev region, the next day they had procured it for us. Who does that? Only truly exceptional hosts."

"What a lovely place Narik and the family was really nice. They treated me like own family and invited me for family dinner too. The guest house is near Tatev monastry in a quiet neighbourhood."

"The stay was very good , actually we went as a group of 6 friends who are Doctors from india, the staffs over there was very good and hospitable, they provide us free home made armenian drink and BBQ, The morning armenian breakfast was very good and delicious. We felt as if we where in our home. And the best part is the tatev monastery and the tatev rope car (wings of tatev) is very near to the property 10 minutes of walk."
"The only thing is the washroom which is only one for all the 4 rooms in which nearly 8 to 10 can accommodate. So all 8 or 10 has to use a single washroom ."
