"Everything was perfect in this hotel. The swimming pool is amazing, with sauna and hammam. The room was very clean and confortable. And the view from the rooftop on the mountain is beautiful. The staff was very professional and good :)"

"The property was equipped with everything you may need. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool is really great and has a beautiful view. The jacuzzi and sauna are top-notch. The staff are also incredibly kind and attentive in every situation. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake and even a vase for my flowers—such a thoughtful gesture. The location is so-so, but you can reach the city center by taxi in about 15 minutes for a maximum of €3."

"The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, there was always hot water for bathing, the staff was very kind, there was a 24-hour bar, the indoor pool was warm, clean and, in a few words, excellent, and something that really excited me was when we went to check out, they told us to wait 1 minute so they could check if we forgot something in the room, it was really perfect."

"This place is truly a perfect gem in Yerevan. Deserves 10+. Everything is as it should be and the spa is magical. Its still new so not crowded. Go and enjoy!!!!!."

"Wonderful stay at Venice Hotel Complex I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. I’ll definitely come back again!"

"It’s clean and location is good. It’s in the fifth floor, for backpacker is not a problem. And the bunk bed is a bit low, you cant sit on the bed if you are in lower level."

"Very nice, cheap and functional place to stay in Yerevan. The receptionist (an interesting canadian/lebanese armeninan) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large. And the common spaces (the kitchen in particular) are functional. Can't say anything negative."

"Our room was clean and very spacious. The shower was good with hot water and good pressure. There isn't a separate shower pan, but the shower is well sloped so the water doesn't cover the entire bathroom floor. We had the room that is in a separate building and it was very quiet at night. It also comes with a fan which was very good for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts speaks English which is very helpful."
