"Excellent location just two minutes from Garni Temple and 15 minutes from Symphony of stones. Very clean and comfortable. The owner make me found the room already heated"

"Location was very central. The guest house was just like the pictures and very clean. Hosts were very helpful with giving the location, keys and payment."

"Because the guest house was on the main road and it is a touristic area, there were some minor voices in the morning. And the bed was a little bit uncomfortable."

"The accommodation was really nice. It looks like in the pictures - new, clean, warm decorated. There is everything you need. The communication with the owner was good, he replies asap. The location is very closed to the temple in Garni, just few minutes from the studios."

"Very clean and modern. Perfect location for the Garni Temple and the Symphony of Stones. Basic cooking equipment and kettle in room. Refrigerator and air con both very useful. Responsive host. Excellent value for money."

"The walls are very thin. We could clearly hear the next door apartment guests even though they were only talking. The bar opposite played loud music but it did stop before we wanted to sleep. Beds were hard for us."

"New and nice interior, very clean and clear! Everything is done with a taste. Room has air conditioning - so convenient in hot summer days. The location in the city is just fantastic - so near to the Garni temple, just a few steps. Also very near to the "Symphony of stones" wich is a famous sight in Garni too. Best hosts I've ever seen!!! Very nice people, so friendly and helpful in every aspect. Great stay. Just perfect! Highly recommend!!!"

"The location is very near to temple and surrounded by restaurant. Clean and everything was new. Internet also was fast. The host are the best! Very helpful and I even got local fruit fro free 😄 definitely a good catch!"

"Where do I start? This is one of those special places that will stay with me forever. Run by the kindest person I met during my trip to Armenia; always willing to help, offer suggestions, and even went so far as to bring me fresh eggs and cheese from the neighbors. The design is truly out of this world. I felt like I’d stepped into a novel, surrounded by beautiful antiques and artwork. I could have spent my entire stay just soaking up the atmosphere. Its proximity to Sanahin Monastery was perfect, and the views from every room are breathtaking. Not just the best guesthouse in Alaverdi, possibly the best in all of Armenia. I can’t wait to return."

"The staff, the place, the view, everything was perfect for being in solitude while still enjoying luxury. The forest is right next to you. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever been in. "The place was better than expected. Especially the location/price is amazing. The owners are closeby to talk to and ask questions. There is grocery store right in front of the home for all your needs. Also, there are books in the room, there is an airfryer, an iron, dryer, fresh fruit and much more."

"The guest house was just fantastic. Edmundo was really kind, he picked me up from the bus station, gave me the best apartment because he loves Indians and doesn't get many Indian guests..it was a royal 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, lots of light and felt like home..I had a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen all to myself. The house was neat and tidy and had a fully equipped kitchen. The day I left, Edmundo not only dropped me to the bus, he waited till I boarded the bus. A really kind soul. Thank you so much for the lovely stay."
