"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is absolutely magnificent—extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. A huge highlight was when they surprised my daughter with a birthday greeting; we hadn't even mentioned it or asked for anything, which made the gesture even more touching.
The breakfast was also superb, offering a wide variety of delicious food. We will definitely be coming back!"

The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which boasts stunning views of the city skyline with Mount Ararat as a breathtaking backdrop.
The kind host, who lives just one floor below and speaks good English, was incredibly accommodating – graciously flexible with both check-in and check-out times and responsive to all our needs, giving us several helpful local tips which made our stay even better.
