"Очень чисто и аккуратно, возможен поздний заезд, заселение с собакой за доплату. Вежливые и внимательные владельцы жилья. Рядом с метро, удобно добираться из аэропорта и в центр. Есть все самое необходимое. Было достаточно тепло, но пол очень холодный.
Для своих денег отличный вариант, если надо переночевать пару ночей.
Из того, что слегка смутило: есть окно, но вида из него нет и проветрить сложно, так как окно на выходит на выход, который всегда закрыт."

If you like agro-turismo and see the real country (like we do) - this is definitely your choice !
You can see rabbits, hens, cows, pigs, turkeys.
Special thanx to the owners family - we have cooked our barbecue and also booked some local food from the owner - it was amazing!
The visitors should definitely book local food from the owners!
Also - 700m to the south from the village (5-th km of the main road toward south) - there is a nice "wild beach" on Sevan.
Further to the south - on 18km - there is a maintained sandy beach with barbecue place and rest zones."

"I had such an amazing stay at this Family Apartment! The apartment is super spacious and offers so much for the price, really great value. The space makes a huge difference, and the layout is perfect for feeling right at home. The balcony was definitely one of my favorite parts. It’s connected to both the bedroom and living room, with gorgeous mountain views. Perfect place to unwind!
The host was awesome, really helpful and always quick to respond, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything from a kitchen to a washing machine, fast WiFi, and even free parking, which was a big plus.
The whole place is yours, so it’s totally private, and I can definitely see myself coming back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tsaghkadzor and wanting a cozy, comfortable spot to stay for a great value!"
