"It’s very comfortable, friendly and quiet. The included breakfast is superb. The staff are willing to help you with anything you need. It’s an easy 10m taxi drive into the centre of Yerevan. The cats are very cute! The host cannot do enough for you and even offered us a bottle of Armenian wine."

"Honestly one of the most comfortable beds / sheets I've slept in. Room was large and had great natural light / aircon. Included breakfast is wonderful and there's also communal areas like the front yard or living room to sit in. Staff were 10/10 and made it so easy to arrange transfers / day tours etc."

"If I had to pick something it's that location wise it's a bit further out from the city centre (roughly 20 min walk) but if you're happy to take the bus or taxis then is no issue."

"I had an excellent stay here: my room was super cosy and spacious, loved having a private balcony and the breakfast is excellent. (And different every morning). Also the staff is very friendly."
