"The house is located in a somewhat hidden location on the outskirts of the city, but it is very quiet. Edgar is very helpful and is expanding the former office into a hotel in several steps. The current situation did not seem like a construction site and so you can spend the night there without any worries. His wife lovingly prepares breakfast and likes to aske if you have a special wish."

"excellent accomodation, spacious, superclean, very well equipped and the best : Manager Mr. Edgar came outside to welcome me, showed me around, provided recommendations for dinner restaurants and was with his spouse an outstanding Landlord Secondly : the bed, I slept on a brandnew overlong mattress so well that I almost missed breakfast, maybe the best feedback a traveller can provide"

"The accommodation was great, everything was perfectly clean, well equipped (there is also a terrace for guests, or a washing machine, for example), the hosts were very nice and helpful, they arranged transport for us to the mountains, the breakfast was very good and they even prepared packages for us on the day of our early departure"

"Do not let yourself be fooled by the modest setting and exterior - this place is a gem. Light modern design inside, meticulously clean and you find all the comforts and luxuries of a modern hotel. Nice balcony, a small kitchen for tea and coffee, very tasty breakfast. Edgar and his wife are very nice, attentive hosts, perfect communication in English."

"The Host Edgar was absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. He greeted us like family and helped us with any questions. The room was very clean and tidy and spacious too! Whilst we was getting things into our room Edgar was even helping another group of tourist to navigate their way around Kapan. Edgars partner made me a lovely coffee in the morning and as we was running late told me to leave it as she would clean it for me. This spot is a hidden gem for any of your tourist needs! Highly highly recommend wish I stayed longer"
