"A charming house nestled in a beautiful garden dotted with fruit trees, just steps from the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts (especially the homemade jam and yoghurt) and were grateful for our hosts’ warmth, guidance, and hospitality throughout our stay. I already look forward to returning someday, in the summer months, when everything is once again in full bloom!"

"The lady owner served us an exceptional breakfast with homemade jam and marmalade. I have never had this amazing breakfast even in 5 stars hotels. Extremely recommended."

"I had a cozy room on the second floor of the house, surrounded by greenery and a lovely garden, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The host served breakfast — simple, but tasteful. I still remember the fig jam I devoured with butter and bread. All in all, a great place."

"Nothing particularly negative to say — the stay met my expectations. It’s a bit far from the city center, which might matter to some, though the town itself isn’t very big."

"We stayed here and were stoked with the choice. The house is pretty big – five bedrooms all up – and it was spotless. The backyard with the pool became our hang-out spot, especially on those hot days. Evenings were perfect for dinners outside, and during the day it was an easy stroll into Yerevan’s main sights. The Wi-Fi’s fast, all the appliances work like a charm, and the place has everything you’d need to feel comfy. The host’s super quick to reply and pays attention to the little things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort and peace but still want to be close to the city centre."

"Quiet street within 5 minutes walk to the city center and shops. Very spacious house and a big terrace with a terrific view. It is an old apartment with vintage furniture, it could enjoy some renovation but the property page gives a good representation of what to expect, it is clean and the price is fair. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The hostess was very caring and helpful. Upon leaving, we could leave our luggage at the property until the evening."
