"I loved the location and the very customizable treatment from the owner."

"We really liked the location. The apartment itself feels like a small work of art, with the way they managed to fit a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom into such a compact space... and there's even a washing machine. Special thanks to the person who kindly waited for us at 4am when we arrived."
"The place could definitely have been cleaner ... much cleaner. We couldn't use any of the provided dishes as they didn't seem properly washed. There were only small cups, but no proper mugs for coffee. The shower gel and soap were empty, so we had to buy our own. Being below ground level, the space had more of a bunker feel with limited natural light, but on the positive side, we did sleep very well."
"We loved this apartment, it was very clean, comfortable, well designed and well equipped. The owner was very nice, responsive and helpful. It is a 20-30 minute walk into the center but the walk is very nice as you go through the parks and past nice architecture. Note: it is best to have cash ready to pay the owner on arrival."

Совсем рядом магазин с хорошим ассортиментом различных продуктов, аптека, в квартире тихо и не жарко в знойное время, есть кондиционер, для 1-2 человек идеально. Хозяин на связи, любезен, отвечает на все интересующие влпросы. Рядом находится смотровая площадка на Арарат."

"The property is few minutes away from the attraction. we really enjoyed our stay. the owner was very helpful.. there’s one scenario happened, because we arrived 3am in the morning and didn’t have idea yet for the transport and all. So we took a taxi from the airport. This Taxi driver supposed to charge us 25,000 AMD. however the normal charge is supposed to be 1500AMD to 3000AMD, good thing the owner was waiting for us nearby then he insisted and fought to the taxi driver for us to pay only 3000amd! Salute to the owner! and on our check out, he still looked for us and waited for us to get for a good deal transport to the bus station."
