"Exceptionally helpful staff and super comfortable, large room. The staff worked hard to make our stay perfect. We were able to check in early morning and they prepared early breakfast for us on departure. They also did our laundry and ironed! Breakfasts were exceptionally good. 8 min walk from the metro, the hotel is right next to the main cathedral and an easy walk from Republic square. Great food court up the road with wide variety of well priced dishes. We highly recommend this hotel, we are coming back."

"The place is quiet and beautiful and the room is really cozy. We were able to check in earlier which was a great help after a night flight. The staff is friendly and really helpful. Breakfast is tasty, there were two new main dishes every day, and desserts, salads, vegetables, and drinks were the same but there is still choice. Towels were changed daily. In general, bathroom is good and there is blurred window, so you don't have to switch on the lights. By the way, there is also dim light in the bedroom which is comfortable for eyes in the evening and can be switched both from the door and from the beds, which is really convenient."

"Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house."

"Очень довольны апартаментами - все внутри выглядит современно, мебель в хорошем состоянии, в самом центре Еревана, очень приятный владелец жилья. Для отдыхов небольшой семьей подходит однозначно. В принципе при закрытых окнах (стеклопакеты) особо шума не было (возможно мы просто не обращали внимания)."

"I like this apartments very much. It's on 12th floor - it's very bright, has lot of natural light. It's studio appartment. Very clean, very comfortable bed and nice bedsheets. Everything works proper and easy (washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, all electricity pins and hot water). Location is the best - everything available at walking distance."
