"We stayed at this guesthouse during our road trip through Armenia, and it was a lovely and peaceful stop. The owner greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, she remained attentive and helpful — when we had an issue with the hot water, she fixed it immediately with a smile, which we really appreciated. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, just as described in the listing. We also appreciated having access to a washing machine, which came in handy. The patio was a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring. "Excellent place, Artyom and his wife are very kind and caring, their place is spotlessly clean, rooms are large, kitchen is well equipped. We could also use the washing machine, which was useful for us. The place is quiet at night, beds are comfy. All was great, highly recommend! 🙂"

"The price I paid was incredibly cheap compared to what I had. - the garden and the view are exquisite. Wonderful mornings spent on the porch drinking coffee and absorbing the beauty of the scenery. - Kitchen is SUPER equipped. Everything you want - room spacious and full of light. - had a BBQ in the garden, with the help of my host. Memorable. - Armenian hospitality at it's best."

"host not very talkative. You would feel awkward trying to get to him. Yet, I managed to communicate with him using Translator. I had everything I asked for, nevertheless, it's useful to warn you that you have to make an effort. Host was very hospitable, but this was not obvious on first sight. - if you have a car, that's a wonderful place for you. Otherwise, only four buses (0.22€) a day to the centre. Taxis would cost you 1€."

"I liked everything! So comfortable, clean guesthouse, surrounded by nature - you wake up and hear the sounds of bees and the sound of mountainous river ❤️ The only disadvantage is the location - it’s far from the city center - but taxi in Dilijan are reaalyy cheap so it’s not a problem - order a taxi and in 5-10 minutes you will be everywhere you want in the center! Thanks!"
