"The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area. There’s a nice little playground for kids and a beautiful garden where guests can sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. When we woke up to the first snow gently falling, the view was absolutely perfect and felt magical."

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, truly just 4 minutes from the airport, which was a huge convenience for our family. What exceeded all our expectations, however, was the incredible kindness of the owner. We arrived with the family at the most impossible hour, 3 AM, but he handled it seamlessly: as part of the promised free transfer, he personally came to pick us up at the airport. We truly experienced the famous Armenian hospitality first-hand here. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. "French tourist, I stayed in the apartment, located in the city center, close to all amenities and small streets full of charm as well as parks, restaurants, bars, billiards, cultural monuments. The apartment is perfect, very quiet, it has everything you need, modern and new, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, with a large hot and pleasant shower. The room is very quiet and comfortable, and has a blanket in case of temperature, towel, iron, nothing will be missing.
