"Very nice people and a clean and nice place. We liked that it was a bit away from the city noise and traffic. At the same time, it was a very short walk to the beach. It was very easy to get to by car and there was a good place to park."

"The only small thing is that the shower is very tiny and the whole floor is wet when you wash. But we've already seen this small shower in pictures and it's been in our other accommodations in Albania as well."

"Everything was perfect. All the accommodation amenities were there, and they were helpful in every way. The owners were kind people. There was parking in front. It was in a good location."

"It’s clean and in a great location. Also it’s perfect for families as there is a little park out front. The area is lovely. Also the family who run the place are so so kind and helpful. If we ever return to Ksamil we will be staying here again."

"Good location-quick walk into the main part/beaches but away from the main centre (which is busy and can be noisy). Very clean and modern. Outdoor balcony and nice seats. Good communication and a really sweet girl who we dealt with.Parking is also at the property and plenty of room. Would book again if back in the area."

"Comfortable studio with balcony and small kitchen. AC and internet works perfectly. Free private parking outside door and super friendly host. Small shop just outside the villa for most necessary products. For the price it’s perfect. Recommend"
