"Our stay was brilliant, hiWe had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom villa with a stunning pool. The place was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Our host, Elviss, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"

"Fabulous, very spacious villa with everything we needed. Great views across to the beautiful city of Berat. Elvis was a wonderful host. The villa looked great online when we booked but was even better in real life."

"The pool was cold at this time of year (late Oct). We had some short, very refreshing dips but too cold to swim in for any length of time!"

"We stayed in the older of the 2 properties which was charming. It has panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the outside space was very relaxing to gather round. There is a small grocery shop 2 minutes walk away with delightful staff. Elvis was so helpful responding very quickly to any messages. He gave us some good recommendations locally and for takeaways since we arrived quite late to the villa."

"Beautiful house - both the older and newer one! We stayed at the older house that had a nice clean pool with the best view over Berat. You do need a car to go in town but you get the privacy of being in your own house with all the facilities you need offering a great experience!"

"The only thing that was inconvenient were the wasps that were coming outside when we were eating. The rest was all great and the staff very kind with all of us."

"This place delivers. It is even better that the pictures suggest. Hard to capture the beauty of the property and the views from every part of the house (endless floor to ceiling windows), the huge garden/terrace area and the stunning pool. It is a dream house and Elvis is a brilliant host. If you are visiting Berat and/or the surrounding area, stay here. Just do it."

"It’s located in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Tirana. After taking the airport bus, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the accommodation. Communication with the landlord was smooth and easy—just make sure to bring enough cash to pay the rent! The flat is spacious and conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby where you can relax during the hot summer days. Overall, I had a great time staying there."

"L'emplacement est très convenable. Les restaurants, bars, magasins,la plage etc sont vraiment à 2 pas. Le personnel est gentil et compréhensible, à l'écoute et prêt à aider. Nous avons pas pris des photos dans l'appartement car il y a déjà celles partagés par les propriétaires. En revanche nous avons pris des photos aux alentours du bâtiment pour vous donner une idée. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour à Vlorë."

"The hosts are great. Helpful and friendly, always at your disposal. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious. The vila is also dog friendly and charge free. We came with our 40 kilo pitbull/bully mix and had no issues. You also have a beutiful yard to relax in and parking if you come with your own vehicle. Its really close to the most of the beaches and has really good spots to dine in nearby 10/10 recomended"
