"The location of the apartmant was reaaly good because it is ki d of located in the center of Ksamil. It was close to almost every beach in Ksamil. The manager Aleksander was so helpful, the price was good ant the apartment was so comfortable and clean , it met our needs in this beautiful holiday."

"Apartments on the ground floor open onto a courtyard – it's quiet and pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evening. The beach and shops are very close. If you have elderly parents, it would be a good choice."

"The frying pan, pot, and kettle are old, but we didn’t need them – although a kettle would have been handy."

"Accommodation is really nice, clean and big, we had 2 separate rooms. There are many restaurants, super markets etc. very close to the house and beaches in walking distance. Communication with Aleksander was 100% and we really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!"

"Amazing location, place was tidy and our host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend the guesthouse to everyone who is looking for a spot close to the beach and various restaurants which makes you forget about public transport or a car."

"Відпочивали у липні сімʼєю чоловік дружина і троє дітей, розташування просто супер , 3 хвилини від пляжу пішки, в центрі міста, до кращих пляжів ( тих що нам найбільше сподобалося) 10 хв пішки. Чисто охайно пропонували раз в три дні зміну білизни, посуд є і все необхідне."

"Good location -yes, it was up a hill, but I managed it twice a day despite being 64. Lovely views over the bay. The walk was past local shops which were much cheaper than those in the town centre. Staff - I asked if I could use the kitchen to make a salad, but was brought plates, cutlery and a sharp knife and was able to make salad in my room every day. The room also had a fridge and a kettle (plus cups and glasses). One evening I was brought a plate of watermelon, which was totally unexpected and a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, well furnished and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water at all times."

"Perfectly located, 4 minutes from the beach. Host Artan knowledgeable and friendly. Administrator of the palace Ylli omnipresent and helpful. The apartment and building are new with a new elevator. Super comfortable bed. Very clean. Washing machine was a bonus. The shower has a curtain, a rarity in Albania, and mosquito nets are in every room, including the bathroom, for a quiet and peaceful sleep. Very good internet. Clean beaches with lots of free chairs, activities for children, seafood restaurants, etc. Free parking. I recommend the Pine Apartment / Mali Robit/ Golem and this place."
