"We liked everything ."

"I had a great experience at Downtown Hotel in Shkoder. The location is perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and nicely designed, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. What really made the difference was the staff: extremely friendly, helpful, and always available with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Great value for money and a perfect choice if you’re visiting Shkoder. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area."

"Honestly, there wasn't anything to complain about. Everything went smoothly and met my expectations"

"Modern and clean, the room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. Great location, close to everything"

"The check in process was painful, done by employees of the downstairs pizzeria who clearly did not want to be managing the hotel. Once it was complete, the stay was lovely. The windows were not insulated and we could hear music from parties outside"

"Everything! The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Shkodër, just steps away from the main pedestrian street. My room had a lovely balcony view overlooking the lively city below. It was clean and pristine. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, they even helped me find a parking spot and personally parked my car for me. I truly appreciated their warmth and hospitality."
