"I like how attentive the room service staff was. The lady from the breakfast.. Miss Fatiyah was so kind and served us with a smile."

"The guy from the reception was mahanan..something like that..was too slow . People piling up there. One client kept on coming back coz he wasn't able to enter his room.. And also, no buffet breakfast was offered. We were ask only to choose which kind of breakfast we wanted from the menu"

"Room was very spacious and comfortable Restaurant to have breakfast and the breakfast itself were excellent Location was good Staff at reception and in the restaurant were polite"

"The bars in the hotel were all noisy and looked like clubs. A proper pub with no music would be more appealing to overseas guests"

"Location is convenient and plenty of options all round. Detox water was nice."

"I always come back to Queen Palace Hotel because of the amazing hospitality of all staff . All staff in the reception lobby were all nice and you feel welcome . They smile and very helpful at all times . Mambo , the life guard offered me free towel and welcomed me in the pool area. He is very polite and happy to help at all times ."

"I’m in the 10th floor and I could not hear any club , or loud music from the bars or pub . My stay was unforgettable. Good vibes , nice ambience and I love the centralised music."

"I liked everything here. All the employees, without exception, meet the order in less than five minutes. Whatever the problem, all the services are available in one place and of good quality."

"There's just a few things I didn't like, like no bathroom gown"

"Room was clean and ready for us . It was above expectations seen the price. Definitely a good choice"
