"The ambience, the facilities provided and the cleanliness of the place"

"Perfection and attention to detail from the host. Well decorated with all amenities well provided for. Good quality materials used for soaps, towels etc. All requisites for Bbq like wood and charcoal are also provided. A small but exquisite touch of giving a loaf of home made sourdough bread and some organic eggs from nearby farms."

"Great location, you basically live in the mall, where everything is in walking distance. The flat is well equiped, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed on the 29th floor, we had a side view to Burj Khalifa and it was nice. We were allowed to check out 1 h later (at 13h)"
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at the 4-bedroom Marina view apartment in Sadaf 2, located in Jumeirah Beach Residence. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. The Marina view was beautiful, and the location is perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Smooth check-in and very helpful team. Highly recommended!"
"The room had amazing views of the Burj Khalifa as promised and Venetian homes also provided us with additional amenities along with what was already complimentary. The housekeeping team ensured the property was left spotless and everything was well looked after, during our stay there. Aftab dealt with any queries we had as soon as possible and made sure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. He was available 24/7 and even took the time out to welcome us in person and introduce us to the other facilities they had available at Grand Signature Residences. In addition to this he also guided us in ways of making our vacation more productive and cost effective i.e which attractions were worth visiting first and best places to wine and dine based upon our location and personal preferences.
