Nothing is too much to ask… we stayed during the Iran conflict and honestly could barely feel what was going on due to the high level of professionalism from the Atlantis Staff. "Perfect family place, great rooms, good view, excellent food, cleaning service proactive and class above all. We came with an infant and they put a specialised diaper bin along with toys suitable for 1yr. Excellent soft play for a baby in little explorer club. A birthday gift for my wife Along with a cake. We were there during the attacks and everyone was on point giving us info and educating us about alarms we got on mobile , nothing to worry about. Very calm and well coordinated group of people. They spoil you to the point of being uncomfortable."

"To be honest, the biggest highlight was the amazing kids’ club. The breakfast selection was wonderful — hard to beat compared to other 5-star hotels. There was also a great variety of restaurants to dine in."
"At check-in, I experienced some difficulties because my children do not share the same surname as me, so I had to provide their birth certificates to prove they are my children. The waterpark could benefit from having a dedicated section for hotel guests, as it was very crowded with outside visitors and we struggled to find seating."

"The staff were absolutely delightful - early checkin+later check out was much appreciated, our room on floor 12 West tower was spotless and the little touches when staff made up the room made us smile. Resort felt clean as well despite the business. Waterpark is the best. Food was very good. The services all around are high quality."
